Start with the situation, then choose the system.
Each page starts from a situation you already recognize, then works through the symptoms, the workflow as it runs today, and the system components that would change it.

Replace spreadsheets
A spreadsheet is still the fastest way to answer a question. It becomes a liability when the same file also has to run the workflow, hold permissions and be the shared truth. Those jobs need a system; the analysis can stay.
- 02
Automate approvals
Most approval automation just makes the same unexamined decision arrive faster. The useful version settles who holds the authority, on what evidence, and up to what limit. Speed follows from that, it does not replace it.
- 03
Connect business tools
Wiring two tools together is the small part. The connection only holds once you settle which system owns each field, how stale the other copy may be, and who fixes a rejected transfer.
- 04
Centralize operations
Centralizing is not marching every team onto one dashboard. A scheduler and a controller need different screens. What has to be shared is underneath: one record per real thing, and states that mean the same everywhere.
- 05
Introduce AI safely
A model is worth putting on real work once its limits are written down: what it may read, what it may do, and which cases go to a person. Inside those limits it is a component; outside them, a demonstration.

Modernize legacy systems
Recover the rules and history first. Replace the constraints one working slice at a time.
Tell us the process everyone works around.
Describe it in a sentence or two. We will come back with what we would build first, what it would take, and whether you actually need us for it.
